French-born creative and American visionary entrepreneur Dominique Rose Charbit founded BAREFOOT LUXURY Living™, bringing an intuitive sensibility and a global perspective shaped over decades in fashion, interiors, and lifestyle.

Her work spans fashion design, retail, interior design, television lifestyle segment production and hosting, public relations, marketing, brand development, publishing, and editorial curation. Her concept stores were later acquired. They represented an early chapter in her instinct for creating atmosphere within a singular environment.

Why BAREFOOT LUXURY Living™

BAREFOOT LUXURY Living™grew from a desire to approach design from somewhere more personal—what brings us serenity, what resonates with us, and what creates harmony around the way we live.

Rather than designing according to a prescribed style, the idea is to allow a person’s sensibility to shape the Atmosphere. From architecture and design elements to personal references, memories, sensory cues, and the things that carry meaning—creating a sense of emotional resonance.

The name itself reflects this philosophy. Barefoot is a feeling of ease—being grounded, and at home. Luxury is not defined by status, but by the comfort, peace, and freedom to live in surroundings that feel deeply your own.
